Electronic Sensors

We offer a wide range of flame sensors, which uses a light dependent resistor (LDR) for sensing flames. These flame sensors essentially sense the light emitted by flames. It is suited for oil burners in boilers. It is not suitable for furnaces. These sensor senses all types of light including sun light and rays emitted by electric bulbs & tube lights. In this range, we offer:


• Flame Sensor (FS - 1) with Front Viewing
• Flame Sensor (FS - 2) with Side Viewing
• Flame Sensor (FS - 3) Equivalent to Satronic Sensors.

We offer a wide range of UV sensor and UV amplifier for oil & gas flames.

UV Sensor
UV Sensors are ideally suited for detecting various types of flames due to gas, coal, oil fired burners in boiler and furnaces. These sensors are designed using very sensitive electronic UV tube. Insensitive to normal light and refractory glow of furnace walls, these UV tube detect UV radiations emitted by the naked flame. Compatible for harsh industrial environment, the sensors are housed in a metal jacket to provide mechanical protection in various mounting features.

UV Amplifier
UV flame amplifiers are used in conjunction with UV flame sensor to detect various types of flames from gas, oil, coal, etc. These amplifiers come with stand alone unit having two potential free relay contact outputs rated at 230 V AC, 5 Amps. The output contacts can be used for alarm, annunciation or trip purposes.

These UV amplifier have site adjustable time delay of 2 - 8 seconds. Useful for installations with high flicker situation, our range of UV amplifier has been found working excellently with UV sensors of various other makes such as Honeywell, Landis & Gyr Satronic etc, which are rated 230 V AC.rms
